It's a woven sticker patch, great for mending things made of fabric. Backed with 3M double-sided adhesive backing, it's very sticky.
The sticker is washable-but the adhesive is not. So you need to stitch the edges (or use fabric glue) if you want to apply it clothing or any fabric you plan to launder:)
